Georgian Ambassador visited the National Library

Today, Georgian Ambassador to Lithuania Khatuna Salukvadze and Counsellor Irakli Gigauri visited the Martynas Mažvydas National Library of Lithuania.

At the meeting, Prof. Dr. Renaldas Gudauskas introduced the Ambassador and the Counsellor to the activities and services of the National Library, showing them around the renovated library spaces. The attendees of the meeting also discussed the possibility of cooperation in the development of projects in the field of cultural heritage and art. It was agreed to continue even closer cooperation in strengthening the relations with cultural institutions in Georgia and organising joint events and exhibitions.
