Gifts from the Embassy of Armenia to the National Library

Tigran Mkrtchyan, the Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia, paid a visit to the Martynas Mažvydas National Library of Lithuania. 

During the meeting, T. Mkrtchyan donated books to the National Library, adding to the library's collection of previously donated publications.  These books will be a great asset for the researchers of Armenian history, art and culture and for the friends of Armenia. The participants of the meeting agreed to continue mutual cooperation and discussed possibilities to strengthen ties with Armenian cultural institutions in organizing joint events and exhibitions.
